About Tamee Knox
Tamee Knox is a contributing author to the #1 International Best Selling book series Pebbles in the Pond along with authors Neale Donald Walsh, Marcy Shimoff, Lisa Nichols, Sonia Choquette, Robert Allen, Bo Eason, Arielle Ford, SARK and Barbara Marx-Hubbard.
At a young age, Tamee found passion in athletics and nutrition. As a college athlete, she was dedicated to understanding the body, its anatomy and the requirements for successful performance. It was when she broke in her back in 1995 that she had to take all her knowledge and experience as an athlete to another level for healing. With this new practice, she began to understand the benefits of a more gentle approach to fitness, consciousness and life.
As her awareness changed, her questions about body mechanics, movement, breath, nutrition and healing changed. She learned through her questions an intuition to become more “self-referential”, an ability that all encompass and she teaches that to her clients.
